Delivery platforms were taking a large cut of every order and owned the customer relationship. The group wanted its own ordering app that felt as good as the food, plus a simple way for kitchens to manage incoming orders.
- 01
Designed a photo-first menu where each dish is the hero, with ordering in as few taps as possible.
- 02
Built the customer app in Flutter for iOS and Android, and the kitchen dashboard for the web from the same codebase.
- 03
Connected payments, real-time order status and push notifications from kitchen to customer.
- 04
Added an admin panel so staff can update menus, prices and opening hours themselves.
